Persistence

We’re a group of professional women executives who want to continue to grow while contributing to empowering women in tech.

Most of us are senior operators at tech companies, and a few of us are operator-turned investors.

We are deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, and seek to create a safe space for all, especially for those who are under-represented.

CORE VALUES

Growth Mindset

We value growth mindset. We recognize each one of us is at different points in life and professional journeys, with plenty of room to grow. We are looking to continue learning and are always open to accepting feedback.

Safe Space

We are committed to creating a safe space for all participants, which means that we pledge to support each other from a place of knowledge and understanding. We respect each other's background and experience. We seek to deepen our understanding of under-represented groups, their experience, and challenges.

Sponsor Each Other

We seek to elevate women in our industry. We are committed to sponsoring each other and women in our community for board positions, executive positions, and speaking opportunities where women are generally under-represented. We commit to educating each other for success in these roles.

The persistence is free for its members

For a community to thrive, it needs to have a high level of engagement, interaction and mutual benefit for its members.
